By using this website or requesting access to AIEOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the product.
The Service
AIEOS is a controlled-pilot (beta)product, provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features, availability and behaviour may change as the pilot develops, and access may be limited or invitation-based.
No Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, AIEOS is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here is a certification of compliance or a guarantee of any outcome. You remain responsible for your own review, testing and judgement.
Acceptable Use
- Use AIEOS lawfully and for its intended purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not use it to build or operate anything unlawful or harmful.
Your Work & Responsibility
You retain rights to your own code and content. You are responsible for the integrations you connect, the providers you use, and the work AIEOS helps you produce — including reviewing it before you rely on it.
Intellectual Property
The AIEOS name, mark and site content belong to the AIEOS project. These terms do not grant you rights to the AIEOS brand.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AIEOS project is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of a pilot product. This reflects the early, evolving nature of the build.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the “Last Updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
